Important Reservation Details
- We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation
- Renters must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license & major credit card
- A $750.00 security verification on your credit card is required the first day of the rental period
- A 30-day written cancellation notice is required with a $100.00 cancellation fee
- No refunds on cancellations within 30-days. High winds or rain outs will be taken into consideration
- Sorry, no pets out of respect for other guests who may have allergies
